Degreasing:  Before galvanization begins, we thoroughly clean the material by removing any grease or oil with a hot alkaline solution. This step ensures the surface is free of contaminants, which is essential for proper zinc adhesion.

Pickling:  To remove surface rust, mill scale, and other impurities, the steel is immersed in an acid bath. This critical step ensures that the steel is completely clean and ready for galvanization.

Rinsing:  After pickling, we rinse the steel to remove any residual acid or iron salts, preparing it for the next step.

Fluxing:  Fluxing removes any remaining surface oxides and forms a temporary protective coating to prevent oxidation before galvanization. This step is carried out in a zinc ammonium chloride bath.

The core of our service—this process involves dipping the cleaned steel into a molten zinc bath (5.2m in length, 1.2m in width, and 1.5m in depth). As the zinc reacts with the iron, it forms a durable, protective layer that shields the material from rust and corrosion.

Quenching:  After galvanization, we rapidly cool the steel by dipping it into a quenching bath containing water and special chemicals. This step ensures even cooling and maintains the protective zinc coating.

Passivation: In the final step, we dip the galvanized steel into a passivation bath to create an additional protective layer over the zinc, preventing white rust/oxidation and ensuring the material’s longevity, even in demanding environments.
