This zone is dedicated to processing sectional materials like angles, channels, and flats. We transform raw materials into the required components through the following steps:

Cropping/Cutting: Using high-precision dies and stoppers, we cut or shear sectional materials to the desired length, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Punching: We create holes in the material with precision using templates and two dedicated punching machines, one of which is solely focused on punching operations to manage high volumes without compromising quality.

Tack Welding: Using specialized fixtures, we temporarily assemble structures with tack welds, which serve as small spot welds that hold components together until the final welding stage.

Welding: Once the structure is assembled, our expert welders use high-temperature welding techniques to permanently fuse the components, ensuring long-lasting durability and strength.

Finishing: We remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface irregularities to achieve a smooth and polished finish, ensuring that all components meet necessary quality standards.

In this zone, plates are processed using various cutting, bending, and finishing techniques:

Cutting: We use advanced CNC laser machines to cut plates to the desired dimensions. Our facility is equipped with three laser machines, enabling us to cut plate thicknesses up to 50mm. For thicker materials, our plasma machine handles plates up to 10mm for plasma cutting and up to 200mm for gas cutting.

Bending: Our CNC and NC bending machines can form plates into precise shapes such as 'V' or 'U' bends. With tonnages of 260 and 300, and the ability to process plates up to 4.5m in length, we ensure versatility in shaping materials. Standard dies are used to maintain smooth operations, even if one machine is down.

Tack Welding: After bending, components are joined according to jigs and fixtures, using tack welding for proper alignment before full welding.

Full Welding: This stage involves permanent joining with high-temperature welding, ensuring the structural integrity of components.

Finishing: As in Zone 1, we remove surface imperfections to ensure each component is polished and ready for assembly or further processing.

Heavy Sections and Project Work

In these zones, we process heavy sections, such as pipes, H-beams, and I-beams, essential for large-scale projects. After fabrication, these sections are prepared for final treatment.

Final Step: Hot-Dip Galvanizing

After fabrication, all materials are sent for hot-dip galvanizing, providing a protective coating that prevents rust and corrosion. This final stage ensures the longevity and durability of structures, even in the harshest environments.
