Products Highlights
- We manufacture 100 different types of bar turned & machined components.
- We use a variety of non ferrous (AL, Brass, Copper, Al Bronze), Stainless Steel (AISI 304, AISI303, AISI 316, AISI 420, AISI431) & ferrous (Case hardened steel, Free cutting & Alloy steels) of different sections & sizes to manufacture the products.
- Our products go through a variety of heat treatment & surface treatment processes.
- Some of these machined components have an minimum acceptable criteria of CPK of 1.67 for certain CTQ parameters.
- Presently we handle batch size as small as 50 No’s to as large as 10,000 No’s.
