We, Aarti Structures Pvt Ltd are established in year 2005 and located at E-91, 92, 93, MIDC, Ambad, Nashik -10 ( Maharashtra). We are engaged in manufacturing of MS Galvanized Switch Yard Structures, Sub-Station Structures, Solar Panel Mounting Structures & GIS Structure etc. Our plant is a state of art set up with CNC machines, automated handling equipments and a team of highly skilled & experienced motivated professionals seeking new avenues and challenges.
Aarti Structures Pvt. Ltd. (ASPL) is an ISO 9001:2015, company and approved by PGCIL , MSETCL & GETCO also. We have installed a capacity of 1500 MT per Month for Fabrication and Galvanizing.

The Fabrication Plant
- The Fabrication Plant has a combination of CNC Plasma, Hydraulic & Mechanical Power Press Machines which ensures fulfillment of all production and quality requirements of Customers in conformance with IS Standards.
The Galvanizing Plant
- The Galvanizing Plant is set up on the guide lines of IS 2629 for hot dip galvanizing of structural items to ensure a very clean and green working atmosphere for the Galvanizing Plant.
The Machining Shop Plant
We have been into manufacturing of precision machined components as per customer requirement.It’s been an ISO 9001:2015 certified company & has implemented the QMS across the organization in true essence. Has an social responsibility towards environment.

- Regular supplies of GI Breaker Structures and Equipment structures up to 800 Kv to ABB Ltd, Siemens Ltd, Schneider Ltd & Crompton Greaves Ltd.
- Regular Supplies of Machining Components to Many Customers
- Precise Structural Manufacturing & Supplies for GIS Division of Siemens Ltd , ABB Ltd , GE Ltd , HYOSUNG Ltd, TOSHIBA Ltd.
